Erin and Brian were my most anticipated wedding of 2016. From the day we met to go over details, I knew their day was going to be gorgeous! From Erin's bright sunflower bouquet, her stunning sparkly dress, and the natural beauty of the Stone Church, I just knew this wedding was going to knock it out of the park!

So many golden, sparkly details! I love Erin's invites, and remember to being one with me to include in her detail photos. I love taking the time to photograph details first while everyone is just beginning to get ready. Then my focus can turn entirely to the bride as she gets in her dress! Bridesmaids who help the bride get dressed are the best bridesmaids! I. Can't. How stunning is Erin!? She looked absolutely flawless. The home she got ready in was one of her bridesmaid's grandparents - and it was the perfect (and I mean PERFECT) backdrop for portraits. You'll be seeing more of Erin's bouquet in this post. I was in love with it. Erin hid out in the church before the ceremony, which has some of the best window light I've ever seen. Look at that sunlight! Pre-ceremony prayer in one of the most gorgeous churches I've ever been in. There was a threat of rain all week. We all kept checking the weather constantly. Thankfully it held out for her ceremony! The space overlooked hazy mountains which made the sunflowers really pop. Told you you'd see more of her bouquet! I could have taken their photo for another hour but then rain came. In buckets. So we agreed to take more portraits at a later date when the weather was nicer. We took a few shots by their "Just Married" sign on the car, and headed to the reception - which was dry when we arrived, so we took a few more photos! The reception was so much fun. I'm a huge fan of uplighting - it really transforms a plain room into a real fairytale. The very next weekend we got together, Erin and Brian got dressed up again, and we headed out to the Pocono's in Pennsylvania. We trekked out to a waterfall - which was kind of dry due to the lack of rain this year, but was still a fantastic setting for portraits! We lost sunlight in the forrest pretty quickly so we moved to a bright, warm field.
